Core EU::MM are not affected.
Only few (<20) ports depend on devel/p5-ExtUtils-MakeMaker.
It only affects users with devel/p5-ExtUtils-MakeMaker 6.80 installed.
I've made an ugly patch [1] to solve this issue (and not to touch other
p5-* PLISTs).
