Some ports require graphviz to install vimdot. Currently in pkg-plist vimdot is installed WITH_PANGOCAIRO whereas according to Makefiles it's actually built WITH_XPM. This results in build completing correctly but without vimdot installed. I think plist should be fixed to reflect this.
The offending lines are: vimdot and everything about xlib. This can be retested by enabling PANGO and disabling XPM so on installation step port will report missed files.
