The port you want to install would be www/linux-f10-flashplugin11

http://www.freebsd.org/ports/ is a good place to search for something
you may want to install.

Depending on what system you are running you either want to use

pkg_add -r linux-f10-flashplugin11

or

pkg install linux-f10-flashplugin11
