 OK. From what you say, even though garmindev without qlandkarteg does
 not serve any purpose, it still sounds like it is qlandkarteg's run-time
 behavior that changes if garmindev is installed, not the other way
 around. Would you be fine with removing the RUN_DEPENDS line?
