The Packet Storm SITE has changed.
http://dl.packetstormsecurity.net/ now shows this:
This page has moved here: http://packetstormsecurity.com//chroot/apache/usr/site/
However, the subdirs group/thc aren't valid any more either
The only way to get the source is fall back to freebsd backup, the other mastersites in bsd.sites.mk don't work either:
