Also I added it again at
http://www.dns-lab.com/downloads/dnscrypt-proxy/
so no need to remove that.
However, the github url is returnin forbidden to at multiple locations.
Maybe replace it with:
http://download.dnscrypt.org/dnscrypt-proxy/
?

For the rest all worked fine and nice.
