Just migrated to pkgng, originally built bind99-base from ports.

>Description:

Upgraded this machine to pkgng this week. Needed some updates:

bind99-base-9.9.2.1
libxml2-2.7.8_3
perl-5.14.2_2
sudo-1.8.5.p3
sudo-1.8.5.p3

So did pkg upgrade (twice):

And now I have:

ns10~;pkg info
bind99-9.9.3.1 BIND DNS suite with updated DNSSEC and DNS64
...

>How-To-Repeat:

install bind99-base from ports. convert to pkgng. Upgrade.

>Fix:

No clue. I would not expect pkgng to overwrite one package with
another...
