ports/180662: sysutils/fusefs-libs: add birthtime support

 Just for reference;

 The attached patch:
 - updates fusefs-libs.
 - unconditionally applies a patch that I submitted upstream
   to add support for birthtime.

 I have no hurry to get this committed: afaict no fuse filesystem
 seems to support birthtime at this time. I would prefer if upstream
 adopts the patch so we can adjust our kernel headers accordingly.
