I have to re-install dpkg after the perl layout change and po4a fails to be installed. It appears that the port doesn't really target 0.44

a.) I changed the MASTER_SITE to
http://alioth.debian.org/frs/download.php/file/3786/

b.) WRKSRC still points to the old version
${WRKDIR}/${PORTNAME}-0.4

c.) distinfo sha256sum and size do not match the one that is currently downloadable.

SIZE (po4a-0.44.tar.gz) = 2166715
