When apr is built without BDB support subversion build yields this:

You should build `' with Berkeley DB (4 or 5) support to use subversion with it.
Please rebuild `' with option `' and try again.

Or you can disable Berkeley DB support. Only 'fs' repository backend will be available.

I.e. it's not saying what's really has gone wrong and why subversion can't be built right now.
