 Any special reason why the upgrade-info.txt is not part of the distfile
 package and installed with rest of the files? Right now users with
 binary packages only systems are left in the dark about upgrade
 instructions.
 My advice would be to add this file to distfile tarball, install
 upgrade-info.txt to ${DOCSDIR}, update info in Makefile, checksum in
 pkg-plist so both ports and binary pkg users are on equal ground.
