ports/177972: net/svnup: Invalid port/protocol: No such file or directory

Hello,

The output of usage() is not descriptive enough and I've
updated it to reflect the new svnup.conf options.

I'm replacing my self-balancing tree with the standard
red-black tree structure found in sys/tree.h and should
have a new version ready to go by Monday.  Thanks!
