Added Pixmaps, OptionsNG

Changed all to ${PORTNAME}

Changed pkg-descr

- Take maintainership

Generated and tested manually, tested with port test and with RedPorts (all RELEASES, CLANG), sent with FreeBSD Port Tools 0.99_6 (mode: change, diff: ports)
