 Thank you for reporting this PR.
 However your error seems to have occurred during fetch stage,
 and the port was successfully built on tinderbox on 10-CURRENT/amd64.

 So please fetch openblas distfile manually, and place it in your distdir.
 
 If the fetch error is fixed by applying a patch to fetch(1),
 I think that it is not 'ports' problem but 'userland' problem.
 
 If you find any fix or workaround,
 for example,
 * modify distfiles (https -> http)
 * modify FETCH_ARGS variable
 please send me a diff to the port.
 I will approve it as needed.
