ports/168830: Skype port defaults for audio device should be oss

Well, I'm open for suggestions on how to do that.

The settings for sound devices are in 
~/.Skype/skype_username/config.xml
and I see no way to know $skype_username on port install. 

As for an update:
- net-im/skype: it's the last version for which video works for us
- net-im/skype-devel: newer versions depend on linux libs we don't
  have, and our linuxulator doesn't have the required syscalls.
