FreeBSD reactor.here 9.1-RELEASE FreeBSD 9.1-RELEASE #0 r243825: Tue Dec 4 09:23:10 UTC 2012 root at farrell.cse.buffalo.edu:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/GENERIC amd64

>Description:
I have icu and firefox installed among other ports.

I just upgraded everything via `portmaster -a` and firefox broke thusly:

reactor% firefox
XPCOMGlueLoad error for file /usr/local/lib/firefox/libxpcom.so:
Shared object "libicui18n.so.48" not found, required by "libpangocairo-1.0.so.0"
Couldn't load XPCOM.

I checked pango makefile and it appears to have no mention of icu.
>How-To-Repeat:
Install icu and an application that uses pango. Wait for icu to bump shared library version. Update system via `portmaster -a`.
