Is this normally required of port maintainers wishing to submit a simple
one line patch? If so I have underestimated the effort required to be a
port maintainer. Since I do not have time to create build logs for every
system use the port on please go ahead and remove my name from the
maintainer list.

Would also help to know what the point of this level justification is?
Are there any examples of a system where either patch breaks the build
process? If not could you point me to where on the FreeBSD website it
explains the conditions under which patches will and will not be
accepted? The patches are both obvious enough. They work around bugs in
the source code and/or the ascidoc package.
