ports/153688: [MAINTAINER] net-mgmt/zabbix-server: update to 1.8.4

I do not want libexecinfo to be a dependency.  If the user has it installed, though, I want it to work properly.  That's why I did it as a patch  to configure.  I see the problem with /usr/local, though.  Other thoughts on how best to handle this?
