>Description:
libtool 2.2 versus 2.4 conflict in MANY ports.
After living (Very Happily) with 6.2-Release, for years,
I was unable to add miniDLNA port.

So I bought FreeBSD 8.1-RELEASE and a new, virgin HDD;
After successful OS install and portsnap I am unable to build MANY ports.
A major hindrance is libtool 2.2 versus libtool 2.4 apparent conflict.
It shows up all over the place.
e.g. Package4s using Perl5 (Many); Unable to build graphics/jpeg

"===> gd-2.0.35_7,1 depends on shared library: jpeg.11 - not found
===>    Verifying install for jpeg.11 in /usr/ports/graphics/jpeg
===>   jpeg-8_3 depends on package: libtool>=2.4 - not found
===> Found libtool-2.2.6b, but you need to upgrade to libtool>=2.4.
*** Error code 1"

>How-To-Repeat:
Pick a port that uses Perl 5 or jpeg and attempt to "make install clean"

>Fix:
Reolve libtool 2.2 versus 2.4 apparent conflict and provide a patch for the ports tree asap.
