>Description:
Ocasionally, make configure in /usr/ports/mail/qpopper fails saying:

===>  Configuring for qpopper-4.0.9_3

Will NOT compile in debugging code
APOP is enabled.
Will NOT delete temp drop files
Denying access to users listed in /usr/local/etc/qpopper/popusers
Attempting to use OpenSSL in "/usr"
./configure: 10945: Syntax error: end of file unexpected (expecting "fi")
===>  Script "configure" failed unexpectedly.

In my environment, this happens a couple of times per 10 trials.
In the failed case, I see lines in configure script:
#! /bin/sh
# Guess values for system-dependent variables and create Makefiles.
# Generated by GNU Autoconf 2.57.
although I am using autoconf-2.67.

I guess the problem is caused by conflicting patches
in files/patch-configure.in and in qpopper4.0.9-ipv6-20060626.diff.gz.
>How-To-Repeat:
Repeat
make clean; make configure
in /usr/ports/mail/qpopper several times.
