ports/151454: devel/boost-libs doesnt build correctly on RELENG_7

 In a private conversation with Tom Evans (who filed the issue) the
 build log was examined. It was compared with the successful build log
 from the pointyhat. The only noticed difference is that pointyhat does
 not use ccache. After disabling the ccache libraries were built
 successfully.
 
 The issue is an incompatibility of the maintained port and a
 third-party product. I suggest considering the issue resolved.
