>Description:
The attached patch addresses the following issues:

* Add LICENSE=PHP301 - http://pecl.php.net/package/ncurses
* Remove MD5 line from distinfo.
* Add IGNORE_WITH_PHP=4 as this requires as least php 5.
* Replace CONFICTS=php-5.2* with IGNORE_WITH_PHP=52 ( Compile error)
