archivers/lzmautils-dev needs to be repocopied to archivers/xz.

LZMA Utils has been renamed to XZ Utils and will see its stable release
under that name.

After the repocopy, I will update the port to 4.999.9, remove
archivers/lzmautils-dev, and update the dependencies.  I'll also
look into phasing out archiver/lzmautils.
