Negative, this is _not_ a local problem.
Bug also exists on FreeBSD 7.0 (FreeBSD caspar.thalreit 7.0-RELEASE-p6
FreeBSD 7.0-RELEASE-p6 #3: Sun Dec 7 19:05:25 CET 2008
root at caspar.thalreit:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/CASPAR i386)

Further details:
The bug exists because the devel/gio-fam-backend port does not correctly
lookup if its prerequisite port devel/glib20 has been updated to the
latest version which provides libgio-2.0
If the prerequisite port devel/glib20 is upgraded manually to latest
version, port devel/gio-fam-backend compiles fine.
Sorry, but this is not a local problem. Please reopen bug and then fix
port prerequisites.
