ports/130209: www/typo3 upgrade removes configuration

 Today there was an upgrade of the port from 4.2.3 to 4.2.5. The
 problem persists in the new version.
 
 This is the output of pkg_delete and subsequent pkg_add (package
 created in a jail)
 Upgrading package typo3-4.2.3 to 4.2.5
 pkg_delete: '/usr/local/www/typo3/typo3conf/localconf.php' fails
 original MD5 checksum - deleted anyway.
 pkg_delete: unable to completely remove directory
 '/usr/local/www/typo3/typo3temp'
 pkg_delete: unable to completely remove directory
 '/usr/local/www/typo3/typo3conf'
 pkg_delete: unable to completely remove directory '/usr/local/www/typo3'
 pkg_delete: couldn't entirely delete package (perhaps the packing list is
 incorrectly specified?)
 
 The contents of my localconf.php have been replaced with the
 distribution localconf.php afte
