XHarminv is a free program (and accompanying library) to solve the problem
Xof harmonic inversion - given a discrete-time, finite-length signal
Xthat consists of a sum of finitely-many sinusoids
X(possibly exponentially decaying) in a given bandwidth,
Xit determines the frequencies, decay constants, amplitudes,
Xand phases of those sinusoids.
