libxcb defines USE_PYTHON which makes the port RUN_DEPENDs on python,
however, it seems that installed libxcb files does not depend on python actually.
This dependency which I think excess is inherited by a lot of X11 applications.

I think python is not required after libxcb is installed.
If this is correct, please replace USE_PYTHON with USE_PYTHON_BUILD.
It will remove dependency from a lot of X11 applications to python.
