After upgrading boost-python from 1.34 to 1.37, deluge will hang on
startup. Only the basic frame is drawn and the process freezes. It must
be killed to do anything.
I have no idea if the problem is with deluge or boost-python.

Bring all ports ip-to-date and start deluge.
