Python nose has gone through some changes (as the maintainer most likely knows) where several bugs were fixed from 0.10.1 to 0.10.4.

This is just a request to update the version to 0.10.4 once the ports tree is thawed.

The plist seems correct for the port and after updating and running make makesum, everything appears to have installed properly.
