It should perhaps be more appropriately referencing %%PREFIX%% (%%LOCALBASE%%
?) instead.

Probably other ports need to be updated. Perhaps a 

	grep -r '/usr/X11R6' /usr/ports 2> /dev/null | less

is in order to fix all the locations where this change has not been done yet.
