ports/123643: mailman-with-htdig 2.1.10 port broken

 It turns out the htdig patches are also broken.  If one turns off the checksum
 checking, the patches don't apply to 2.1.10.
 
 As I'm not hugely attached to the htdig functionality (and nor are my users),
 I just shut it off.  The port without htdig works fine.
