actual makefile and distinfo point to version 0.9.8.2, while the project seems to have moved to 0.9.8.4 in the meantime.
In conclusion, 0.9.8.2 is no longer fetchable.

cd /usr/ports/devel/pyrex
make install clean

update Makefile and distinfo to reflect the actual state.
Don't know how to create correct diff's but I'll attach my edited versions that made the install to successfully finish.
Actually, only one file can be attached, so in the MAkefile only change the port_version from .2 to .4
