It is impossible to build the java/jdk16 port because the web page that is referenced in the makefile contains no links to the files required by the port. Checked that with the latest csupped port.

in a web browser and follow the "Download" link for
"JDK US DST Timezone Update Tool - 1_3_11" to obtain the
time zone update file, tzupdater-1_3_11-2008i.zip.
