1. Zoidberg doesn't package (it's marked broken).
2. It isn't listed in CPAN by module, but instead on the respective CPAN page: <http://search.cpan.org/~pardus/Zoidberg-0.96/lib/Zoidberg.pm>, under: <http://search.cpan.org/CPAN/authors/id/P/PA/PARDUS/Zoidberg-0.96.tar.gz>.
3. The maintainer hasn't made any activity on the project in 6~7 years from the look of it.
4. The noted webpage, both on the CPAN module and the port is invalid: http://pardus-larus.student.utwente.nl/~pardus/projects/zoidberg/

I vote to deprecate it permanently from the ports tree it because it appears to be unmaintained cruft.
