ports/126621: make install mutt-devel fails with "gmake: *** [..//gcc-4.2-20080702/Makefile.in] Error 127"

      Please close this PR.

It was due to pilot error on my part for not being in the correct dir
location when executing my installation cmd.

Apologies for any inconvenience my negligence may have caused.
