ports/116777: The math/scilab port fails in demos->signal->bode.

I reinstalled scilab, selecting the gtk interface.

Scilab still fails, with messages:

(zterm:51818): Gdk-CRITICAL **: gdk_window_thaw_toplevel_updates_libgtk_only: assertion `private->update_and_descendants_freeze_count > 0' failed

Under the debugger, scilab runs and seems Ok.  However, this version, with gtk,
is not supported.
