The finance/venice port depends on java to build, so presumably it needs
at least a java run-time environment to run. The makefile does not
reflect this.

# make build-depends-list
/usr/ports/devel/apache-ant
/usr/ports/java/diablo-jdk15
/usr/ports/lang/jython
# make run-depends-list
#

Update the makefile to reflect that this java-depending port also has
a java runtime dependency.
