When using the xfce4-weather-plugin, the location code search does not work.  
Even entering in a location code manually does not help.  The weather plugin does not work at all.   
>How-To-Repeat:
Insert the weather plugin in the xfce4 panel.  Then, right click on the weather plugin and select "Properties" and then click the magnifying glass icon next to the "Location code" text box.  A new window appears that allows the user to search for the correct weather location code by city name or zip code.  Entering in a city name or zip code renders no search results.

Alternatively, entering in a city location code or zip code manually into the "Location Code" box does not help.  That does not work either.
