With portmgr hat, I have closed this PR via maintainer-timeout, and approved
ports/113401 which fixes the port and transfers maintainership.

I'm sorry that it took me so long to work on this issue; I have been
travelling.  I was caught up on maintainer-timeouts through March 2007
and hope to get caught back up with the others soon.
