koffice-1.6.1 failes to build when libpqxx-2.6.9 is installed as koffice uses pqxx::Quote(), libpqxx is missing pqxx/all.h, and various issues with QCString not matching const char *.
>How-To-Repeat:
Update the ports tree and try to build koffice.

Since KDE has not yet upgraded their code to 2.6.9, either KDE should default to not supporting PostgreSQL, or libpqxx should be reverted to 2.6.8
