I'm running xfce but I do have most of the gnome* libs installed. Btw
I'm running CURRENT.
I haven't received any failure reports from other dvd::rip users, but
that doesn't mean you're the only one experiencing this error.
Perhaps you should try using ktrace to track down the problem. I've
tried it here but it's much harder to track down since dvd::rip is
working perfectly. Let me know if you make any progress on this.
As for p5-Gtk2, dvd::rip is the only installed port on my system which
uses p5-Gtk2, so unfortunately I have no way of telling wheter other
ports work or not.
