Can you tell me exactly why we should blindly replace perfectly fine plist lines
with a bogus expansion just because portlint squeaks on it?

Notice that when you override DATADIR to something nonstandard, the port
will break. do-install: target installs into ${PREFIX}/share/jarl

Also, what's that plist_d thing?
