ports/97022: opensc outdated

Hey,

[opensc update]

Yes, I have work in progress patches for OpenSC, but as you note in
the PR there are now several sub projects, so a port has to be created
for each one.

So, this is mainly FYI that I'm aware of the update and hopefully
should I should get it done soon.
