 This is a duplicate report of the build problem recorded in
 http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=ports/66246
 
 There is some analysis of the problem there, together with a workaround.
 
 If you can find someone who knows enough about SGML catalogue files to
 explain exactly why this problem is occuring and how to fix it, I would
 appreciate it. I'm afraid I don't!
