kmymoney2 patch from the ports-collection

Hello,

I noticed your patch to kmymoney2 from the FreeBSD ports-collection:

How do I apply this patch and is it possible to use hbci with this version 
(0.8.3) of kmymoney2 and your patch (kde3 frontend and aqbanking (which is 
a little old in the ports))? I really would like to test it! Thank's a lot!
