I suppose it'll take a long time to get into CVS repository, and even
longer way to get into release because of long developing cycle of MC.
It makes sense to commit it, since our users will get chance to use
this features now (case independent search, IMHO, is very important).
Anyway, csh subshell support patch can be used only locally, since
original "csh" doesn't supported at all, so it will not work on
solaris etc. But it will work for FreeBSD, since it uses tcsh
named as csh.
I'll try to contatact with MC developers ASAP.
