Hi,

http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=ports/83396 (open since more than half a year) contains an update for the infrastructure which gnomemeeting and other ports use. kwm wanted to handle it, but so far he seems to be MIA. This PR is based upon some patches by me and some other people, so I want to handle it now.

Repo-Copy request:
		devel/pwlib	->	devel/pwlib152
		net/openh323	->	net/openh323-112
                                            or      _112
decide on your own which name fits best in our naming scheme, we only care about having a copy of the port to work with.
