It was brought to my attention by Kristian Kræmmer Nielsen, www/mod_frontpage2-rtr port will not compile on Apache 2.2.  Kristian has sent me a patch the fixes the problem and allows it to compile on Apache 2.0+.

Install Apache 2.2, then try to install www/mod_frontpage2-rtr
