X-Mailer: Evolution 2.4.2.1 FreeBSD GNOME Team Port

I copied the port from the above PR and upgraded courier to 0.52.2 on
three mailservers that I have with about 50 to 200 users each they are
working fine. I didn't need to change anything, which has not always
been the case with courier upgrades. I just restarted courier and all
is well.
Thanks for the great work.
ed
P.S. I'm just finishing a fourth upgrade.
