>Environment:

Problem observed on 6-stable/i386 as of yesterday (2006-01-07),
with ports collection updated at the same time.

>Description:

I'm trying to build the x11/xor/server-snap port, which is
currently at version 6.8.99.903, with WITH_MODULAR=yes
because I need libGL (not MESA).

However, it does not build, because:

        1. xorg-server-snap (WITH_MODULAR=yes) depends on libGL.
        2. LibGL conflicts with xorg-libraries.
        4. Without xorg-libraries, several include files are
            missing, for example X11/extensions/XKBui.h, which
            is required by xorg-server-snap.
        5. No other port beside xorg-libraries contains that
            include file.
        6. Therefore: dead lock. :-(

>How-To-Repeat:

Try to install xorg-server-snap with WITH_MODULAR=yes.

>Fix:

I haven't found a clean solution so far.
